Our Fees

We offer a straightforward fee structure as follows:

Retainer’s Fee

A non-refundable retainer’s fee is payable upon instruction, prior to commencement of the property search.  However, this fee will be deducted from our finder’s fee upon a successful legal Completion.

Finder’s Fee

A finder’s fee of 1% of the agreed purchase price is payable on legal Completion of the purchase, (less the retainer's fee).
