Free Initial Consultation
From an initial face-to-face meeting we get a thorough understanding of all aspects of your requirements enabling us to ascertain the type of property you are looking for.
Property Search
Once you have decided on your search area, we will review all properties currently available by working both with local estate agents and private contacts. We will then draw up an initial list of suitable properties to match your needs, visit each property on your behalf and compile a short list for your review.
Viewings
At your convenience, we will take you to see your preferred short list of properties to allow you to choose the best for you. This need only take a day of your time, and often takes less. The aim is to find the right property for you and we will continue our search to find your ideal property, regardless of the initial short list.
Property Purchase
Once you have chosen the property you wish to purchase, we will submit offers on your behalf, as agreed with you.
Completion
Once your offer has been accepted, we will monitor the purchase and liaise with the estate agent or private seller, solicitors, surveyors and others on your behalf.
